A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be transferred once the order is ready for dispatch.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
• Delivery time is approximately 15 working days, but this may vary during festive season. (Urgent delivery is available at additional charges)
• Once your order has been confirmed, no further changes can be made.
• After dispatch, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier company.

• We have a no refund or exchange policy unless a faulty item has been sent.
• If there is an issue with the product from our side, we’ll be happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.
• If you have ordered the wrong size, a new size will not be made.
• Minor alterations can be arranged for an additional charge, including delivery fees. (This service is not available during peak season.)
