Shipping policy

    • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid once the order is ready for dispatch.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only.
    • Standard delivery time is approximately 15 working days (may vary during festive seasons). Urgent delivery is available at additional charges.
    • Once your order has been confirmed, no changes can be made.
    • After dispatch, we are not responsible for courier delays.
