Refund policy

• • No refunds or exchanges unless a faulty item has been sent.
  • If there is an issue with the product from our side, we will exchange it. Please contact us within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, a new size will not be made. Minor alterations can be arranged at an additional charge (including delivery fees). This service is not available during peak season.
